I'm receiving an "Authentication stage error: Server reported error: No more upgrade logs. Please contact your reseller" message. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update the utility to the latest version. Also, make that Java is installed on your computer. If the update doesn't solve the problem, you will need to contact the developers. You can get in touch with them using the email provided in the Contact & Support section.
